  • Bark Jr. is a parental control app that manages screen time on unlimited devices, blocks websites and apps, provides real-time location alerts and requests check-ins and is included with all MaxxSouth Broadband High-Speed Internet bandwidth plans, requiring parental opt-in by the account holder. Bark works on Android, Amazon, and iOS devices. Bark Premium is available for an additional fee and is recommended for iOS devices. Bark Home provides additional parental control options and is available separately as a one-time purchase for customers with no home computer. Cable TV Offers

Mobile Phone Offers

  • MaxxMobile service requires a MaxxSouth Broadband High-Speed Internet subscription and includes unlimited domestic talk and text with three data plans to choose from: 4 GB for $24.99, 30 GB for $29.99, and 50 GB for $39.99 per month, per line. Upon exceeding the subscribed data plan, customers may purchase additional data for a fee; otherwise, data speeds will be reduced to 256 Kbps until the next billing cycle. Each account is limited to a maximum of six (6) lines. Hotspot functionality is included for up to 5 GB. Service requires an unlocked, compatible device, SIM card, and qualifying service. MaxxMobile operates on a reliable nationwide network as a no-contract, pay-as-you-go service. While 5G coverage is available, actual 5G availability, speeds, and performance vary by location and device, and a 5G-capable device is required.   • Complimentary Line (New Customers or Existing Customers adding New Internet):
    One (1) complimentary MaxxMobile line is available per household to new customers, or to existing customers who add a new 150 Mbps High-Speed Internet or higher. The complimentary line will remain free of charge only while the customer maintains an active subscription to an eligible MaxxSouth Broadband High-Speed Internet and keeps the account in good standing. Limit one (1) complimentary line per household.
