Bark Jr. is a parental control app that manages screen time on unlimited devices, blocks websites and apps, provides real-time location alerts and requests check-ins and is included with all MaxxSouth Broadband High-Speed Internet bandwidth plans, requiring parental opt-in by the account holder. Bark works on Android, Amazon, and iOS devices. Bark Premium is available for an additional fee and is recommended for iOS devices. Bark Home provides additional parental control options and is available separately as a one-time purchase for customers with no home computer. Cybersecurity: Protect and Pay services are provided by a third‑party service provider, Malwarebytes, and are governed by the Malwarebytes Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. Identity theft coverage and reimbursement benefits are underwritten by certain underwriters at Lloyd’s of London. All coverage is subject to applicable policy terms, conditions, limitations, eligibility requirements, and exclusions. Coverage availability, benefit amounts, and reimbursement limits vary by plan. Coverage begins only after the Cybersecurity: Protect and Pay order has been completed and closed, and the customer has successfully established their account by providing the required personal information through the Malwarebytes portal.

Super Channels (TiVo+) is included with all High-Speed Internet plans (excluding Prepaid), providing over 600 free streaming channels when using a Force 1 streaming box; customers without a Force 1 streaming box will receive a limited lineup of over 50 channels. Access to the full Super Channels lineup requires connection to the home network. Super Channels does not include parental controls, DVR functionality, or Video On Demand.

MaxxSouth Prepaid Internet

MaxxSouth Prepaid Internet is a prepaid, month-to-month internet service with no contracts, data caps, or throttling. The 600 Mbps plan includes 600 Mbps download speeds, 20 Mbps upload speeds, unlimited data, a modem/router (customer-owned routers must be DOCSIS 3.1 compatible), and all applicable taxes and fees. A one-time $50 activation fee is required for all new service activations, and professional installation is required. The activation fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including service cancellation, termination, or disconnection. Customers reconnecting within 180 days of their original activation will not be charged an additional activation fee. Customers reconnecting after 180 days will be considered a new activation and will be required to pay a new $50 activation fee. 24/7 technical support is included via chat and email. Brainiacs Basic phone support is available for an additional monthly fee and requires a six-month service commitment. Cable TV & Streaming

TV Select is an over-the-top subscription service offering access to more than fifty popular entertainment channels through the StreamTV app. Customers also receive local weather updates from WeatherNow, and an EVO Force 1 streaming device featuring over 600 Super Channels via TiVo+. A MaxxSouth Broadband High-Speed Internet connection is required to use TV Select. To access content on streaming apps like Hulu or Peacock, you must have a separate subscription, as they are not included. This introductory offer is subject to change or may cancel without notice.

Mobile Phone

Complimentary Line (New Customers or Existing Customers adding New Internet):

The complimentary line will remain free of charge only while the customer maintains an active subscription to an eligible MaxxSouth Broadband High-Speed Internet and keeps the account in good standing.
