You are accepting our $100, $200, or $300 Gift Card Promotional Offer based on a 24-month RSA. Services must be ordered and installed at the same time and on the same Work Order. Account must remain in good standing for at least sixty (60) days and must have a balance of $5.00 or less on the 60th day. Customers must register for eBill and submit the competitor invoice at within 30 days of installation or the Reward Card offer becomes void. The competitor invoice may also be mailed to MaxxSouth Broadband 406 N 3rd Street Booneville, MS 38829 Attn: Marketing Department, but it must be received within 30 days of the installation. To receive the reward card, customers must register at within 30 days of installation and provide a valid email address. If the Reward Card requirements are met by the customer, the Card is issued by third-party card issuer,, and is subject to the policies and terms of that company, including without limitation the privacy policy. Card issuer may collect and use your personal information pursuant to those terms and policies. Terms are available at If a customer downgrades or disconnects the service, for any reason, within that 24-month period, an early termination fee equal to $25 times the number of months remaining in the RSA at the time of termination will be charged and the Reward Card offer will be terminated. Any past due balance must be paid in full to be eligible for Reward Card offers. Non-pay customers are ineligible for this entire offer. Limit one reward card every 365 days.
