Your TV Everywhere Account

MaxxSouth TV Everywhere is our latest technology that allows MaxxSouth video customers to watch streamed content from various cable TV content providers on your Web enabled devices such as computers, smartphones, tablets and more. Below is some helpful information to help create and manage your TV Everywhere account. 

 

Creating Your TVE Account

In order to start watching today, you will need your 16-digit MaxxSouth account number and the primary telephone number registered to your MaxxSouth account. Your account number can be found on your monthly MaxxSouth bill. If you do not have either of these items, please call Customer Support at 800.457.5351. If you have the items, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit MaxxSouth.com
  2. Hover over the HD Cable TV icon on the Main Menu and Click TVE
  3. On the main TV Everywhere page, click SIGN UP NOW
  4. Select Register to start the process of creating your account
  5. Enter your 16-digit MaxxSouth account number and click Continue
  6. Enter the primary telephone number registered to your MaxxSouth account. 
  7. Enter your last name as it appears on your MaxxSouth account. Click Continue.
  8. Enter the name you want to use on your TVE account.
  9. You can choose to create a MaxxSouth e-mail address or use an existing e-mail address. If you choose to create a MaxxSouth e-mail, enter the username you would like to use for your new e-mail and skip to Step 11.
  10. If you choose to use an existing e-mail address, enter the e-mail.
  11. Enter and confirm the password you would like to use for your TVE account. Click Continue
  12. You have successfully created your new TVE account. 

 

Managing Your TVE Users

Once the Primary User account has been created, you can add users for the entire family! Just follow these steps: 

  1. Visit MaxxSouth.com
  2. Hover over the HD Cable TV icon on the Main Menu and Click TVE
  3. On the main TV Everywhere page, click LOGIN NOW
  4. Log into your TV Everywhere account
  5. Select the user you want to manage, and click Update on the left side of the user. 
  6. Change the user information you wish to update
  7. If you wish to change the user's password, click on Do you wish to change your password? 
  8. Enter the name and last name you want to use on your TV Everywhere account
  9. Click on Update User
  10. You have successfully updated your user

 

Removing a TVE User

If you need to remove a user under your TVE account, simply follow these few steps:

  1. Visit MaxxSouth.com
  2. Hover over the HD Cable TV icon on the Main Menu and Click TVE
  3. On the main TV Everywhere page, click LOGIN NOW
  4. Log into your TV Everywhere account
  5. Select the user you want to remove, and click Remove on the right side of the user. 
  6. Press OK on the confirmation pop-up window 
  7. You have successfully removed the user
