    • Problem – The Kaon box is unresponsive, running slow, or has Internet connection issues.
      • Solution – Unplug the power cord and plug it back in
    • Problem – The StreamTV app is unresponsive, running slow, has connection issues, or out of home errors.
      • Solution –
        • Navigate to the Home screen and select the StreamTV app (or any other app that appears to be having trouble)
        • Press and hold the “OK” button until a menu appears
        • Select “Info” then “Force Stop”
    • Problem – Volume control isn’t working.
      • Solution – The Kaon box remote only controls the volume to the box, not the TV. If the volume of the TV is turned down very low or is muted, it will appear that the Kaon volume is not working. Make sure the TV volume is not on low or mute.
    • Problem – Storage space is running low.
      • Solution – If storage space is needed, uninstalling an app will clear the cached data. After uninstalling, a fresh login will be required.
