Set your bill on autopilot with AutoPay
MaxxSouth's AutoPay sign up is easy and allows several payment methods to automatically pay your MaxxSouth bill every month. Below are the steps for first time setup or making changes to your current AutoPay settings.
New Customer / First-Time AutoPay Setup
Access Your Account
- Navigate to MaxxSouth.
- Select myMaxxSouth Sign In located in the upper right-hand corner.
- Login using your myMaxxSouth credentials.
Enroll in Paperless Billing
- NOTE: Go Paperless will always pop up when not enrolled in eBill.
- Select Yes to enroll in Paperless Statements, avoiding a monthly $5.00 Printed Statement Fee.
- Select No if you prefer to have a printed statement mailed to your home.
Enroll in AutoPay
- Under Billing Preferences, click Enroll Now to sign up for AutoPay.
- Create a payment account and select your preferred AutoPay method.
- Bank Account will use your routing and account information for your banking institution.
- Credit or Debit Card requires your card number, expiration date, and billing address information.
Bank Account Method
- Click Bank Account and proceed to the form.
- Follow the guide and input your banking information.
- Check the Accept box to accept Terms & Conditions for AutoPay recurring charges or debits and Terms & Conditions for one-time charge or debit.
Credit Card Method
- Fill out all information from left to right.
- If you do not have a credit card stored on file, you will need to add one.
- Section 1 is your credit card information. Select MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express.
- Section 2 is your billing address for the chosen credit card.
- Select Continue.
- You are now enrolled in recurring AutoPay.
Debit Card Method
- Fill out all information from left to right.
- If you do not have a credit card stored on file, you will need to add one.
- Section 1 is your card information. Select MasterCard or Visa.
- Section 2 is your billing address for the chosen card.
- Select Continue.
- You are now enrolled in recurring AutoPay.
How to Update Your AutoPay Information
Already enrolled in AutoPay and need to make changes?
Sign In
- Navigate to MaxxSouth.
- Select myMaxxSouth Sign In located in the upper right-hand corner.
- Sign in using your myMaxxSouth credentials.
Update Your Payment Method
- Under Billing Preferences, access your AutoPay settings and update your preferred payment method.
- You can update:
- Bank account information (routing and account number)
- Credit card information
- Debit card information
- Billing address information associated with your payment method
- Follow the on-screen instructions and save your changes.
- Your updated payment method will be used for future recurring AutoPay payments.
